Horses perceive our emotional and energetic state with great precision. They act as a mirror, clearly reflecting who we are, how we act and how we feel in the present moment.
Our role is to act as a bridge between the horses and the participants, guiding a deeply transformative experience.
This programme is organised by Horiana in collaboration with Horsense Spain. It takes place on the Horiana estate, where the horses are the real facilitators.
More than 90% of the content is hands-on, using an experiential, equine-assisted learning methodology based on direct work with horses. Through our interaction with these animals, we explore how we relate to ourselves and to others.
The horse symbolises strength, nobility, freedom and sensitivity. As a herd animal, it communicates through subtle yet effective body language and follows the member of the herd that inspires trust and consistency.
When we manage to connect with them authentically, they give us immediate, powerful feedback that drives our personal and professional growth.
Horses are great teachers.
